Abstract:
Provided is a spinal orthopedic exercise equipment that can provide an improved exercise effect related to spinal orthopedics with a simple structure. The spinal orthopedic exercise equipment is a spinal orthopedic exercise equipment that supports a user's back and waist to apply pressure, and comprises: a first body in which a plurality of first protrusions protrude on a surface formed in a curved shape; a second body, connected to the first body, in which a plurality of second protrusions protrude on a surface formed in a curved shape different from that of the first body; a flexible connector which is flexibly connected between the first body and the second body; and an attachable/detachable rolling bar which is coupled to the protrusionless bottom surface of the first body or the second body to support the first body or the second body, and causes the first body or the second body to perform a seesaw movement around the support point.
