Abstract:
The present invention is related to the spinal strengthener to keep healthy backbone (the cervical vertebrae, the lumbar). More particularly, the present invention composed of Mat part of bed type and thermal device, vibration device, fixture transfer part. Thermal Part warms up affected part of patient and dissolve muscular tension of the backbone with vibration and massages and stretches the bent backbone straightly by pressurizing the backbone in order while coming and going exercises of Fixture Transfer Part. The object of the present invention is to provide the personally usable spinal collector, which performs spinal treatment without help of specialists. More particularly, the present invention stretches the crooked backbone by applying going and returning pressure to the backbone and transmitting to a total section by weigh of a patient while relaxing the backbone muscular tension. Accordingly, the present collector enlarges a backbone node interval and raises treatment efficiency.

SPINE REMEDY DEVICE BY HIS OWN WEIGHT BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention: The present invention is related to the thermal instrument for spinal treatment using patient's weight as a traction power to keep healthy backbone (the cervical vertebrae, the lumbar). More particularly, the present spinal strengthener composed of a bed style mat and the inclination controlling part which can control inclination of patient's own accord with simply adjusting fixed switch or code switch.

The present invention stretches the crooked backbone while relaxing the backbone muscular tension. Accordingly, the present collector enlarges a backbone node interval and raises treatment efficiency. The patients who has backbone problems (such as cerebral palsy patient with bent backbone caused by muscular stiffening and volleyball or basketball players appealing for a pain by pressed node interval caused by jumps and shock of landing) can keep healthy backbone with present thermal instrument for spinal treatment using patient's weight as a traction power. The present invention is contrived to overcome the conventional disadvantages.

Description of the Prior Art: Generally, The existing spinal strengthener performs treatment by banding a chin or the armpit with hanging a weight after fixing the hip joint with a string in order to enlarging a narrowed backbone node interval. In the process of pulling a chin or the armpit by applying physical force, it is hard to be stable in case of patient appealing for a severe pain and could not slacken backbone muscle effectively before treatment. In addition, there was not a process to pressurize to stretch the backbone effectively.

Patient's backbone lied on a mat horizontally without incline. Therefore, treatment- operating force is hard to deliver uniformly between backbone nodes and accordingly, patients need to have a help of specialist.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide the personally usable thermal instrument for spinal treatment, which performs spinal treatment without help of specialists. More particularly, the present invention stretches the crooked backbone by applying going and returning pressure to the backbone and transmitting to a total section by weigh of a patient while relaxing the backbone muscular tension.

Accordingly, the present thermal instrument enlarges a backbone node interval and raises treatment efficiency

The present invention is contrived to overcome the conventional disadvantages.

In order to achieve the desired purpose, the present invention possess thermal system device and vibration part on a mat. It vibrates and massages while warming up the muscles of backbone and the fixture transfer part transfer the fixture from side to side under thermal plate in order to pressurize the backbone in order.

By coordinating incline of the above-mentioned mat by using physical gravity of patient, patient can simply adjust mat angle with adjustment device enlarging a backbone node interval within predetermined range.

As shown in FIG 1, the present thermal instrument for spinal treatment using patient's weight (100) composed of bed style mat (1) and incline controlling part (2)

which can control inclination according to the patient's own accord with simply adjusting fixed switch or code switch. As shown in FIG 2, Mat (1) is composed of Leg holder (3), Thermal system device (4), Vibration device (5), and Fixture Transfer (6).

Leg holder is to prevent deviation of a patient composed of Foothold (34), Instep Holder (35), and Knee Holder (35), Knee fixing band (37).

Foothold (34) and Instep Holder (35) is fixed on the left end of Vibration Plate case (9) by Bolts (30a) (30b) to fix foot with simple taking in and out like common athletic equipment. Knee fixing band (37) is to gather knees and fix, Velcro tape on the band end located on the left side of Thermal Plate (7) realize easy and simple operation.

Thermal system device (4) is to give thermal therapy effect to patient's backbone. Downward surface is connected with upper side surface of Vibration Part (5) Thermal Plate (7) installed, above-mentioned Thermal plate (7). Electric heating line is installed in the inner side like an electric plate except Pressing Section (26), We can make power on/off with Fixing Switch (24) or Code Switch (25) installed on one side of Fixture Transfer Case (10).

While Fixture (17) moves, Pressing Section (26) is a section pressurizing the backbone through the lower part of Thermal Plate (7). Electric heating line is not possessed in Pressing Section (26), it press the backbone effectively while preventing a damage of Electric heating line.

Vibration Part (5) apply vibration to backbone of patients to relax surrounding muscle (the cervical vertebrae, the lumbar). The base surface is connected with upper surface of Fixture Transfer Part (6).

It is possessed with Vibration Plate (8a) (8b) and Vibration Plate Case (9) and as shown in FIG 4, Vibration Plate (8a) (8b) have several rotating Eccentric (40) by Motor (38) in inner side. While the above-mentioned Eccentric (40) turns, it hits against Upper rubber plate (41) successively. With Fixing Switch (24) or Code Switch (25) installed in Fixture Transfer Case (10) it is possible to on/off and as shown in Fig 2, It is installed in Vibration Plate Case Groove (36) of Vibration Plate Case (9) with the same space and paralleled with a length direction. Through the space that broke out between Vibration Plate (8a) and Vibration Plate (8b), coming and going transfer is available while Fixture (17) turns freely.

Fixture Transfer Part (6) is to stretches the bent backbone by moving coming and going from right to left with regular speed and pressurize the lower part of Thermal System device (4) while pressurizing an affected part in order. The base surface is connected with Incline controlling Part (2) and Fixture Transfer Case (10), Motor (11), starting are cleared (12), and Pulley (13), Tow lope (14), Fixture (17), Guide Rail (18), Limit Switch (19a) (19b) is possessed.

The above-mentioned Fixture Transfer Case (10) move fixture (17) coming and going

exercise from right to left side by starting Motor (11) and on/off is available with Fixing Switch (24) or the Code Switch (25) installed on the side surface of Fixture Transfer Case (10).

Fixture Axis (27) is fitted and fixed in inner side of above-mentioned Bearing (15), Soft silicon material Fixture Pressing Part (16) having the concave cutting surface end is attached to outer side of Bearing (15) with a round shape. When the above- mentioned Fixture Axis (27) progress according to Guide Rail (18), the concave cutting surface shape of Fixture Pressing Part (16) pressed by the base surface of Pressing Section (26) of the Thermal Plate (7) which locate on backbone part of thermal Device (4). The shape of the cutting surface will change in flat shape and pressurize by cloud exercising and progressing. Incline Controlling Part (2)

coordinates an incline of Mat Part (1) with patient's own weight enlarges backbone node intervals and stretch the bent backbone effectively.

As shown in 5A or 5C, It is attached to the downward surface of Mat Part (1) with a tripod form, supporting Mat Part (1) and composed of Oil Pressure cylinder (20a) (20b), Hinge Part (21), Supporting Board (22), Incline Controlling Case (23).

Oil Pressure Cylinder (20a) (20b) is common oil pressure actuator to coordinate an incline of Mat Part (1). Two cylinders are installed in right and left side, The Rod (29a) (29b) which installed in inner side operated in all direction by force of operating oil sent from a pump. As shown in 5A or 5C, One side end of left Oil Pressure Cylinder (20a) is fixed on the left base surface of Fixture Transfer Case (10) Hinge (28a) and the other side end is fixed by hinge (28b) to the middle section of Supporting Board (22), and by operating and controlling Fixing Switch (24) or Code Switch (25) installed in Fixture Transfer Case (10), when progress rod (29a) of left side Oil Pressure Cylinder (20a), Rod (29b) of right side Oil Pressure Cylinder (20b) move back and control incline of Mat Part (1) by centering around hinge part (21). On the other hand, Oil Pressure Cylinder can control incline of Mat part (1) by using two single Oil Pressure Cylinder (20a) (20b) like the above statement, as shown in FIG 6, it is possible to control incline of Mat part (1) with complex Oil Pressure Cylinder or other methods. Hinge Part (21) is to connect the upper part of the Incline Controlling

Case (23) with middle of base surface of Mat Part (1). Mat Part (1) is installed in order to incline 45° (5A) of clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. Incline Controlling Case (23) is to support weight of Mat Part (1), Hinge Part (21) is attached to the upper side edge and the right and left edge of the base is attached to Supporting Part (22).

Operation procedure of the present invention is as follows: Warms up an affected part of patient in Thermal Part (4) dissolve muscular tension of the backbone with vibration and massages with Vibration Part (5), and stretches the bent backbone straightly, while coming and going exercises of Fixture (17) of Fixture Transfer Part (6) by pressurizing the backbone in order. At this time, the left side of Mat Part (1) going down to the center of Hinge part (21) of Incline Controlling Part (2) So that enlarges a backbone node interval in state the right side have risen.

If mat part (1) turns clockwise course, Rod (29a) of oil pressure cylinder (20a) installed in the left side start to progress and puts up the left side of Mat Part (1) at the same time, Rod (29b) of Oil Pressure cylinder (20b) installed in the right side start to going back and puts up the right side of Mat Part (1) and enlarge backbone node intervals of a patient effectively with patient's weight. On the contrary, by centering around Hinge part (21), if Mat Part (1) turned counterclockwise so that a patient

comes around to former location in the state that the left side of Mat Part (1) move up and the right side down, Rod (29b) of Oil pressure Cylinder (20b) installed to the right side start to progress and put up the right side of Mat Part (1). At the same time, Rod (29a) of Oil pressure Cylinder (20a) installed to the left side start to retreat and put down the left side of Mat Part (1) Indescribed mark 39 is Vibration axis conncted to diaphragm internal Motor (38), 24a, 25a is the Thermal Switch that operate Power on and off in Thermal Part (4), 24b, 25b is the Thermal controlling Switch that operate Power on and off in Vibration Part (5), 24c, 25c is the Backbone pressing Switch that operate Power on and off in fixture Transfer Part (6), 24d, 25d is incline Controlling Switch adjusting incline of Mat Part (1).

Effectiveness of the invention The present invention composed of Mat part of bed type and thermal device, vibration device, fixture transfer parts. Thermal Part and warms up affected part of patient and dissolve muscular tension of the backbone with vibration and massages with

vibration Part, and stretches the bent backbone straightly by pressurizing the backbone in order, while coming and going exercises of Fixture Transfer Part (6). More particularly, the present spinal strengthener composed of a bed style mat and the inclination controlling part which can control inclination of patient's own accord with simply adjusting fixed switch or code switch.

However, the present invention is contrived to overcome the conventional disadvantages by fixing foot and using patient's weigh of the upper part of the body. The present invention have another effects such as enlarging articulations of knee and preventing knee articulation diseases and the intestines problems. In addition, effectively prevent several kinds of a diseases caused by erect standing and paunch drooping of multiyear after parturition.
