Abstract:
A spinner head device for manufacturing cotton candy, the spinner head device comprising a spinner head body, a heating assembly, a machine base, a humidifying assembly, an electric motor assembly and a feeding pipe. The spinner head body is provided with a sugar distributing cavity; the machine base comprises a fixing seat, a perforation, a bearing and a support plate, wherein the bearing is located in the perforation; the electric motor assembly comprises an electric motor and a hollow rotating shaft, wherein the rotating shaft sequentially passes through the fixing seat and the heating assembly and is then fixedly connected to the spinner head body, and the electric motor drives the rotating shaft to drive the spinner head body to rotate; the feeding pipe passes through the rotating shaft and is in communication with the sugar feeding cavity; and the humidifying assembly comprises a water inlet, a water outlet, a water circuit and a water supply pipe, wherein the water circuit is arranged in the fixing seat and surrounds the perforation, and two ends of the water circuit are respectively in communication with the water inlet and the water outlet, one end of the water supply pipe is in communication with the water outlet, and the other end of the water supply pipe is in communication with the sugar feeding cavity. Since water in the water circuit absorbs the heat of the fixing seat and the bearing and then enters the sugar distributing cavity where the water is heated to form water vapor, the amount of heat absorbed by humidification is less, and therefore the temperature of the sugar feeding cavity can be quickly restored to an optimal heating temperature without affecting the production of cotton candy.
