Abstract:
A spinning tension wheel, comprising a V-shaped groove rim (1) and a spoke (2) which are symmetrically arranged at the center. The V-shaped groove rim (1) and the spoke (2) are of a spinning integrated structure; the outer circumference of the spoke (2) is integrally connected to the outer bottom of the V-shaped groove rim (1); a bearing chamber is connected to the inside of the spoke (2); a bearing (3) is pressed in the bearing chamber; an upper stopper piece (4) and a lower stopper piece (5) are respectively provided on the upper side and the lower side of the spoke (2); and the upper stopper piece (4) and the lower stopper piece (5) are riveted by means of rivets (6). The tension wheel uses a spinning integrated structure, such that the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the tension wheel is light in structure, high in assembly efficiency, high in rigidity, high in the surface smoothness of the V-shaped groove, compact in surface structure, and good in wear resistance, and prolonging of the service life of a belt is facilitated.
