Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a spiro compound that can bind to E3 ligase protein CRBN, and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating abnormal cell proliferation diseases. Further provided are a bifunctional compound for targeting protein degradation and an intermediate compound in the synthetic process thereof.
