Abstract:
The present invention relates to a splash-proof scrap collection apparatus for magnetic metal cutting and a collection method therefor. The apparatus comprises a cutting machine base, a control assembly, a workpiece transferring assembly, a blocking member cleaning assembly, a recycling assembly, and a cutting apparatus. A drawing groove is cut in one side of the cutting machine base; two first leakage grooves are cut in the cutting machine base, and the two first leakage grooves are both communicated with the drawing groove; the control assembly is mounted on the cutting machine base; and the workpiece transferring assembly comprises a movement driving apparatus mounted on the cutting machine base. In the present invention, by providing the splash-proof scrap collection apparatus on a metal cutting machine, scraps splashed during a cutting process can be blocked and adsorbed to prevent processing personnel form being injured from scrap splashing, and the scraps and waste liquid generated after cutting can also be cleaned and collected to reduce the cleaning difficulty and work intensity of a user and improve the collection efficiency of scraps, such that the waste liquid can be recycled, and a processing environment and a processing device are prevented from being influenced by the waste liquid and scraps.
