Abstract:
Disclosed are a splicing made-on-site waterproof material roll machine and a method therefor for controlling thickness during construction. The waterproof material roll machine comprises a frame, a top coating mechanism, a walking mechanism, a coating mechanism and a bottom coating mechanism; the frame comprises a bottom plate and side plates; the front end of the bottom plate is fixedly connected to the lower ends of the side plates; the walking mechanism is disposed below the bottom plate; and the bottom coating mechanism, the coating mechanism and the top coating mechanism are sequentially and detachably installed above the bottom plate from side plate ends. The thickness control method comprises: acquiring construction parameter information, the construction parameter information comprising a thickness standard; and performing corresponding thickness control construction on the basis of the construction parameter information. The present invention may achieve the rapid detaching, installation and movement of a waterproof construction device, and construction efficiency is improved. The thicknesses of a top coating and a bottom coating of a waterproof material roll are controlled so as to achieve effective control over the thickness of a final waterproof material roll, thereby improving the construction quality of waterproof material rolls and saving raw materials.
