Abstract:
A sponge strip tearing device comprises a large base plate (1), a sponge sheet conveying mechanism (2), a down-pressing mechanism (3), an extendable mechanism (4) and a sponge strip tearing mechanism (5). The sponge sheet conveying mechanism (2), the down-pressing mechanism (3), and the extendable mechanism (4) are provided at the large base plate (1). An output end of the extendable mechanism (4) is fixedly connected to the sponge strip tearing mechanism (5). The down-pressing mechanism (3) is positioned at an output side of the sponge sheet conveying mechanism (2). The device of the present invention is provided with an improved sponge-pressing plate (503). In a sponge strip tearing process, the sponge-pressing plate (503) tightly presses against a sponge sheet while an extendable mechanism (4) is tearing the sponge sheet into strips, such that a sponge strip is prevented from being torn off due to uneven tearing of the sponge sheet. An area of a press surface of the sponge-pressing plate (503) in contact with the sponge sheet is reduced, thereby solving the problem in which static electricity generated due to a large contact area results in deviated positioning of a sponge strip, and consequently, causes a fault in the next sponge block tearing process.
