Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a spout closure which is not damaged by ultrasonic vibration during welding and which can be easily separated during the disassembly of a packaging container; and a packaging container using the spout closure. A spout closure includes: a spout having a cylindrical side wall, a cylindrical base seat, which is provided at the lower end of the side wall and which has a greater outer peripheral diameter than the side wall, and a disc-shaped flange provided extending outward from the lower edge of the base seat; and a cap having a cylindrical peripheral wall which has an internal thread formed thereon, the cap being engaged through threads from the upper end side of the spout side wall. The spout side wall has: an external thread engaging with the internal thread of the cap; and a groove located between the external thread and the base seat.
