Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a spray-coating shielding method and a spray-coating shielding device. The spray-coating shielding method is used for shielding an opening and a blank area of a battery case, wherein the blank area is formed at a peripheral surface of the battery case close to one end of the opening of the battery case. The spray-coating shielding method comprises: covering an opening with a first covering member; and wrapping a second covering member around the end of a battery case close to the opening of the battery case, so as to cover a blank area with the second covering member. In the technical solution of the present application, the opening of the battery case is covered with the first covering member, such that the interior of the battery case can be shielded; and the second covering member is wrapped around the end of the battery case close to the opening of the battery case, such that the blank area of the battery case is shielded. The first covering member and the second covering member respectively shield the interior and the blank area of the battery case, thereby effectively preventing a non-spray-coating area of the battery case from being contaminated, effectively ensuring the reserved-size accuracy of the blank area of the battery case, and thus improving the production quality of a battery by means of effectively improving the production quality of the battery case.
