A spray nozzle (90) and a spray apparatus, the spray nozzle (90) comprising a body (1), the body (1) being provided with an air supply channel (11) and a liquid supply channel (12), and the air supply channel (11) comprising a front section (111), a narrowed section (112) and a spraying section (113); a cross-sectional area of the narrowed section (112) is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the front section (111), and an outlet end of the liquid supply channel (12) is in communication with the spraying section (113), and is located on an inner wall of the spraying section (113).
