Disclosed is a spray rod movement structure of a human body cleaning device, comprising a base, a spray rod movably matching the base, a transmission belt for driving the spray rod to move, and a drive mechanism for driving the transmission belt and driving the spray rod to telescopically move relative to the base by means of the transmission belt. The base is provided with a linear guide portion and an arc-shaped guide portion. The transmission belt moves along the linear guide portion. The spray rod moves along the arc-shaped guide portion. In this way, the purpose of the linear walking of a steel belt and driving the arc-shaped extension and retraction of the spray rod can be achieved, the problem in the prior art of a waste of space is avoided, and the bending problem caused by the arc-shaped movement of the steel belt is also avoided. The function is more reliable, the effect is better, and the structure is simple.
