Abstract:
A spring manufacturing machine, comprising: a rack (1); a winding assembly (2), the winding assembly (2) comprising a straightening device (21) and a forming device (22) which are provided on the rack (1), wherein the straightening device (21) comprises a straightening box (211) and straightening wheels (212) provided on the straightening box (211), the multiple straightening wheels (212) are provided on the straightening box (211) in a vertical staggered mode, a steel wire (100) passes through the multiple vertically staggered straightening wheels (212) and then straightened, the forming device (22) comprises a first driver (221), a rotary portion (222) connected to an output end of the first driver (221), and a rotating roller (223) connected to the rotary portion (222), and the steel wire (100) can be wound on the rotating roller (223); and an oiling assembly (3) comprising a stretching device (31) and an oil spraying device (32), wherein the stretching device (31) and the oil spraying device (32) are both mounted on the rack (1), the stretching device (32) is configured to stretch a formed spring (101), and the oil spraying device (32) is configured toward the stretched spring (101) to spray oil on the stretched spring (101). The spring manufacturing machine is simple in structure, is convenient to maintain, and can quickly perform spring machining and oiling operations.
