Abstract:
The sprinkler head assembly for vertical length adjustment of the present invention comprises: a movement guide part which is connected to the end part of a water-supply tube and is hollow on the inside; a moving part which is inserted inside the movement guide part, is formed so as to have a first thread part running lengthways on the outer circumferential surface thereof, is hollow on the inside, and the lower end of which is connected to a sprinkler head; a sealing member which is provided on the end part of the movement guide part and into which is inserted the outer circumferential surface of the moving part; a support ring which is fitted against one side of the sealing member so as to support the end part of the movement guide part with the sealing member in between, and which is screw coupled to the first thread part of the moving part by means of a second thread part formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; and a tightening member into which is inserted the outer circumferential surface of the moving part such that the sealing member and the support ring are positioned on the inside thereof, and which supports the support ring and compresses the sealing member on being screw coupled against the outer circumferential surface of the movement guide part. When the present invention is employed, the installation height of the sprinkler head can be minutely adjusted such that it is possible to ensure precise construction work and to provide a stable action in terms of height adjustment of the sprinkler head while at the same time having a high degree of reliability in terms of maintaining a hermetic seal so as to maintain high pressure during use, and the fastening method can be by screw and bond adhesion such that there is no need for on-site processing like welding and screw forming and it is possible to ensure operational safety, and it is possible to produce to a standardised specification, and it is possible to guarantee construction work quality by minimising on-site operating.
