Abstract:
A sputtering apparatus for a reflective layer of a light guide plate and a display backlight plate or a light guide plate manufactured by using the sputtering apparatus for the reflective layer of the light guide plate. The sputtering apparatus comprises a vacuum cylinder (1), a rotating table (2) used for placing light guide plates (3) being provided in the vacuum cylinder (1), a plurality of sputtering target materials (4) being distributed on the outer side of the rotating table (2), and the sputtering target materials (4) being connected to a sputtering power supply control module (5); and the sputtering apparatus further comprises a plasma surface processing module (7) for performing surface treatment on the side surfaces of the light guide plates (3). By providing the rotating table (2) inside the vacuum cylinder (1), the rotating table (2) drives the light guide plates (3) to rotate, and the sputtering target materials (4) perform sputtering processing on the side surfaces of the light guide plates (3) in a rotating state, so that positions of the light guide plates (3) do not need to be continuously adjusted, and a production cycle is effectively shortened. Meanwhile, the plurality of light guide plates (3) can be subjected to sputtering processing at a time, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency, having a good light leakage prevention effect, and having a long service life.
