Description:
SQUARE SIEVE CENTER WEIGHT BEARING SPINDLE HOUSING

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention is related to the central weight bearing spindle housing, where the weights that provide the oscillation movement of the square sieves used in the grain grinding systems are connected and the center weight shaft that provides the rotation is positioned inside the bearings to which it is connected, which provides easy and healthy lubrication.

PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE

In flour factories by means of rollers in order to classify the grains that are grinded, square sieves are used. Square sieves used in mill systems are produced with different passage numbers and sieve layers. The sieve weights, located in the middle of the square sieve and connected to the sieve shaft powered by an electric motor, rotate eccentrically together with the sieve shaft, ensuring in this way that the square sieve and the sieve casings gain vibration movement. Thanks to this vibration movement, the process of sieving the ground products fed into a square sieve is carried out.

The center weight shaft located in the middle part of the square sieve is connected to special bearings from the lower and upper ends. In order for these bearings to operate in a properly manner, they must be lubricated regularly. Bearings with which the central weight shaft is connected in the existing square sieve are lubricated by transferring machine oil into the bearing through the lubrication gap at the bottom or top of the bearing housing in which they are in located. However, during lubrication made from the upper part of the bearing housing at the bottom part of the square sieve and the upper or lower part of the bearing housing located at the upper part of the square sieve, it becomes difficult for clean oil to replace used dirty oil and during the lubrication it does not have the desired effect. In this case, the bearing in the shell which has been in contact with the old oil for a long time can be easily deformed in order to prevent this there is a need of using a large amount of clean oil for reaching the adequate lubrication.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The square sieve center weight shaft bearing housing according to the invention has been developed in a way to provide easy and efficient lubrication of the bearings that are connected at the ends of the center weight shaft of the square sieves which are used for the classification of the grinded product in grain milling systems.

A lubrication channel (4.2) opening to the middle part of the body (4) and a lubrication mouth (4.1 ) forming the entrance part of this channel (4.2) are formed on the bearing body (4) located in the developed square sieve center weight shaft bearing housing. The lubrication channel (4.2) opens directly to the middle part of the bearing (3) and ensures that the lubrication is made directly to the center of the rotational movement.

The invention of square sieve center weight bearing spindle housing, developed to ensure easy and efficient lubrication of bearings with which square sieve used for ground product classification in grain grinding systems are connected at the ends of the central weight spindle, is comprising the bearing housing body (4) that contains at least one lubrication channel (4.1 ) and at least one lubrication mouth (4.2) that provides oil intake from this channel (4.1 ) and leads to the middle part of the bearing spindle (3) in which the central weight spindle (1 ) connected to the square sieve weights (2) is positioned inside the bearing spindle (3) with which it is connected for rotational movement.

The roller bearing housing body (4) developed in the square sieve center weight bearing spindle housing of the invention (4), which is positioned by contacting the lower and upper end of the center weight shaft bearing (1 ) to include at least one lubrication channel (4.1 ), the openness of which is located in the inner part of the body (4) to correspond to the exact middle point of the outer edge surface of the bearing spindle (3).

The roller bearing housing body (4) developed in the square sieve center weight bearing spindle housing of the present invention is provided with the oil inlet into the lubrication channel (4.1 ) located on it, which is formed in a way that corresponds to the exact center point of the outer edge surface of the bearing spindle (3) and preferably the bearing housing body (4) in which the oil entry is provided, it is the part that includes at least one lubricating mouth (4.2), whose formed in the middle part of the outer edge.

When the required lubrication of the periodic maintenance for the bearing spindle (3) in the inner part of the bearing housing body (4) developed in square sieve center weight bearing spindle housing is made, the lubricant product is transferred from the lubrication mouth (4.2) into the bearing housing body (4). The lubricant product that passes through the lubrication mouth (4.2) into the lubrication channel (4.1 ) is transferred to the bearing spindle (3) from the opening corresponding to the middle part of the outer edge of the bearing housing body (4) in the inner part of the lubrication channel (4.1 ). Thus, by feeding the bearing spindle (3) directly on the clean lubricant, the lubrication is carried out in a healthy way and lubrication can be done with the use of a lower amount of oil than the current technique.
