Abstract:
A squaring-milling integrated machine, belonging to the technical field of hard and brittle material machining apparatuses. The squaring-milling integrated machine comprises at least a second station (2), the second station (2) comprising a first grinding device capable of performing at least part of a grinding operation on a part to be machined, and a second cutting device capable of performing at least part of a squaring operation on the part to be machined and/or cutting an edge to be machined. Preferably, the squaring-milling integrated machine (100) further comprises: a first station (1), which comprises a first cutting device (11), the first cutting device (11) being capable of performing at least part of the squaring operation on the part to be machined and/or cutting the edge to be machined; and/or a third station, which comprises a second grinding device (31), the second grinding device (31) being capable of performing at least part of the grinding operation on the part to be machined. The squaring operation/at least part of the squaring operation and the grinding operation/at least part of the grinding operation of the part to be machined can be realized on the same station in at least one combination mode, and the squaring and grinding operations of the part to be machined can be realized by means of a combination of a plurality of stations, so that collaboration between the stations in the squaring-milling integrated machine is improved.
