Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stabilized liquid formulation of botulinum toxin and a preparation method thereof. A formulation containing a botulinum toxin and a stabilizer according to the present invention is a liquid formulation which is easily stored and distributed, and it exhibited a remarkable effect on the stabilization of botulinum toxin under suitable conditions according to the temperature and pH of the human body. Thus, it is expected that the formulation of the present invention will greatly contribute to the safe and convenient medical use of botulinum toxin.
