Abstract:
A stable guide wheel device for an elevator cage. A guide wheel (2) is installed at a middle portion of an installation frame (1). A guide sleeve (5) is installed at each of two inner ends of the installation frame (1). A guide rod (6) is inserted into and connected to the guide sleeve (5). A position-limiting plate (9) is installed at a rear end of the guide rod (6). A reset spring (7) is sleeved onto a front section of the guide rod (6). A rubber block (8) is installed at a front end of the guide rod (6). A guide recess is arranged inside the rubber block (8). A plurality of rollers (10) are installed in the guide recess. A rear side of the guide wheel (2) is provided with a cleaning brush (3). A rear end of the cleaning brush (3) is connected to a sidewall of the installation frame (1) by means of a plurality of connection springs (4).
