Abstract:
A stack structure for a fuel cell includes first and second battery modules and first and second separator plates. The first and second battery modules each include an electrolyte layer, and air electrode layers and fuel electrode layers on either side, respectively, of each electrolyte layer, and have one or more fuel cell(s) for generating electricity. The first and second separator plates are electrically connected to each other at portions at which the first and second battery modules face each other, and each have an air hole and a fuel hole at edge portions thereof to supply air including oxygen and fuel gas including hydrogen to each air electrode layer and fuel electrode layer. At least one of the first and second separator plates has a sealing portion for sealing an air hole and a fuel hole, and at least one of the first and second separator plates has a projecting raised portion for improving electrical contact between one sealing portion and another sealing portion in another area.
