Abstract:
Provided is a stacked organic solar cell comprising: a substrate; an anode on the substrate; a lower battery on the anode; an upper battery positioned on the lower battery to absorb light of a wavelength that is different from an absorption wavelength of the lower battery; an interconnection unit which is between the lower battery and the upper battery to connect the lower battery and the upper battery in series; and a cathode on the upper battery. Here, the interconnection unit comprises: an electron transport layer being in contact with the lower battery and including an electron transport material; a hole transport layer which comes into contact with the upper battery and includes a hole transport material doped with a p-type dopant; and a metal layer which is between the electron transport layer and the hole transport layer.
