Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a stacked-tape cable topology having a variable structure, and an encapsulation method therefor, which relate to the technical field of cables. The stacked-tape cable topology having a variable structure comprises: multiple segments of stacked-tape cables, wherein the multiple segments of stacked-tape cables are sequentially connected, each segment of the stacked-tape cables comprises the same number of basebands, the plurality of basebands are connected to each other, and at least one of the plurality of basebands is a superconducting band. In the present invention, a cable topology structure is formed by sequentially connecting the multiple segments of stacked-tape cables, wherein each segment of the stacked-tape cables is only provided with a superconducting band, or the combination of a superconducting band and a copper band so as to form the cable topology structure having a variable structure; since the number of superconducting bands encapsulated by each region is different, when this segment of cable is used for winding to form a coil, the critical current of the entire coil can be made approximately uniform in the lengthwise direction of the cable; and the topological design of the stacked-tape cable having a variable structure can not only improve the magnetic field parameters of the coil, but can also save on the usage amount of the superconducting band material to the greatest extent.
