Abstract:
The present invention provides a stacked vibration isolator. The vibration isolator comprises an embedded outer sleeve, a locking gasket, a height-adjusting gasket, and an elastic element, wherein the elastic element comprises a supporting cylinder, a supporting base, a plurality of stacked rubber springs, a spring connecting assembly, and a spring limiting assembly, the plurality of rubber springs are connected by means of the spring connecting assembly, and two ends of the rubber springs are respectively limited and fixed in the lower portion in the supporting cylinder and in the supporting base by means of the spring limiting assembly, thereby forming the integral elastic element. Because the elastic element comprises a plurality of vertically-stacked rubber springs, the rigidity of the elastic element can be adjusted within a wide range, the overall height of the vibration isolator can be adjusted within a wide range, and the vibration isolator can be well applied to various different working conditions. In addition, the elastic element can be assembled in advance, the assembling is simple and convenient, and during railway construction, it is available to mount the elastic element as an integral element, so that the construction time is shortened and the construction efficiency is improved.
