Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a stacker, comprising: a base provided with a traveling mechanism; a gantry mechanism mounted on the base, wherein the gantry mechanism comprises two upright posts fixed on the base, and a cross beam connecting upper ends of the two upright posts; a material bearing platform mechanism mounted on an inner side of the gantry mechanism and arranged in a manner of being liftable relative to the gantry mechanism; and a lifting driving mechanism in transmission connection with the material bearing platform mechanism so as to drive the material bearing platform mechanism to move up and down, wherein the lifting driving mechanism comprises a driving assembly, and a transmission member connecting the driving assembly to the material bearing platform mechanism. A rope break detection mechanism and a falling prevention mechanism are arranged on one side of the material bearing platform mechanism away from the upright posts; the rope break detection mechanism is fixedly connected to the transmission member; and the falling prevention mechanism comprises a trigger assembly and a locking assembly, the trigger assembly comprises a lever mounted on the locking assembly, an elastic assembly connecting a first end of the lever to the locking assembly, and a link assembly connecting the first end of the lever to the rope break detection mechanism.
