Title:
STACKING DEVICE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER CORES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/092279
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a stacking device for heat exchanger cores that is capable of assembling stacked heat exchanger cores from heat exchanger cores, which have been produced as conventional heat exchanger cores. As a solution, the present invention is characterized in the stacking device being provided with: a core erection support (20); a J-shaped first core holder (34) for holding a first heat exchanger core (60) close to a second heat exchanger core (70); a second core holder (35) for holding the first heat exchanger core (60) close to the second heat exchanger core (70); a core-holding unit (30) for moving the first core holder (34) and the second core holder (35); a core-conveying unit (40) provided with a bottom surface support (41), a J-shaped third core holder (42) for closely holding a first heat exchanger core (60) or a second heat exchanger core (70) held on the bottom surface support (41), and a movement mechanism (49); and an operation-controlling unit (50) for controlling the operations of the core-holding unit (30) and the core-conveying unit (40).
