Abstract:
This stainless steel sheet for fuel cell separators is provided with a prescribed component composition, and has, on the surface, fine precipitates including Cr and Ti. The average value of the circle-equivalent diameters of the fine precipitates is at least 20 nm but not more than 500 nm. Three or more of the fine precipitates are present in the surface of the steel sheet per 1 µm2.
