Abstract:
The present invention provides a stand for a chest cavity simulator that is capable of easily supporting a chest cavity simulator in a lateral position, and that can adjust the lateral position by rotating the chest cavity simulator with the vertical direction of the chest cavity simulator as the rotational axis. A stand for supporting a chest cavity simulator in a lateral position comprises an upper end support member for supporting the upper-end side wall of the chest cavity simulator, a lower end support member for supporting the lower-end side wall of the chest cavity simulator, and a connection member for connecting the upper end support member and the lower end support member. The upper end support member is provided with first and second upper-end side wall support parts and an upper-end concave gap between the two upper-end side wall support parts. The lower end support member is provided with first and second lower-end side wall support parts and a lower-end concave gap between the two lower-end side wall support parts. Each of the first and second upper-end side wall support parts can come in contact with the upper-end side wall of the chest cavity simulator and each of the first and second lower-end side wall support parts can come in contact with the lower-end side wall of the chest cavity simulator.
