Abstract:
The present invention relates to a standing and sitting desk in which one desk can be freely converted for standing and sitting use, wherein a sub top board disposed in a seating recess formed in a main top board has a top end that is positioned higher than the top surface of the main top board when raised, and the top surface of the sub top board and the top surface of the main top board have the same height as each other when the sub top board is lowered.
