Abstract:
A starch-based hydrogel and a preparation method therefor, and a hemostatic dressing. The starch-based hydrogel comprises a fiber network structure and a net-like structure interweaved and attached into the fiber network structure; the fiber network structure comprises a polymer, and the net-like structure comprises a starch paste. The shape of the starch-based hydrogel comprises any one of a film shape, a fiber shape, a sponge shape, a granular shape, or a paste shape. The starch-based hydrogel not only has good biocompatibility and biodegradability and low immunogenicity, but also has strong liquid absorption capacity and swelling capacity; when applied to a wound part, the starch-based hydrogel swells in volume after absorbing a body fluid, to plug a damaged blood vessel, thereby achieving safe, quick, and simple hemostasis.
