Abstract:
A state-change detection device 1 has: a difference score calculation unit 2 that selects, on the basis of a histogram calculated by using pixel values of background images capturing state-changes of terrains and a histogram calculated by using pixel values of an input image capturing the state-change of a terrain, a background image similar to the input image, and calculates a difference score on the basis of a difference between the pixel values of the selected background image and the pixel values of the input image; a reversed score calculation unit 3 that compares the size relationship of pixel values between pixels set in the background image with the size relationship of pixel values between pixels set in the input image, detects a pixel in which the size relationship of the input image and the size relationship of the background image are reversed, and calculates a reversed score on the basis of the detected pixel; and a state-change score calculation unit 4 that integrates the difference score and the reversed score, and calculates a state-change score indicating whether the terrain has changed.
