Abstract:
Provided is a state-of-charge equalizing device capable of more quickly equalizing the states of charge of a plurality of battery cells of an assembled battery and also provided is a power supply system equipped with this state-of-charge equalizing device. In a power supply system (1), a control device (20) has: a bidirectional DC-DC converter (23) connected to an auxiliary battery (17) separate from an assembled battery (11); a switch array (22) capable of selectively connecting each of a plurality of battery cells (12) of the assembled battery (11) to the bidirectional DC-DC converter (23) so that the battery cells (12) are charged by the power of the auxiliary battery (17); and a control unit (30) for controlling the switch array (22) to connect the minimum voltage battery cell (12L) selected from among the battery cells (12) to the bidirectional DC-DC converter (23) so that the difference among the states of charge (SOC) of the respective battery cells (12) decreases.
