Abstract:
Provided are a state detection method for an electric storage device, which is capable of determining whether the appropriate capability of discharge is maintained regardless of whether charge/discharge is being performed or charge/discharge is stopped, and an apparatus therefor.
In step (S7), the voltage change amount (∆Va_n) is calculated from a voltage (V_end) when charge/discharge is stopped, said voltage being stored in a storage unit (120), and a current voltage (V_now). In step (S9), a capability-of-discharge correction function ((F) (SOH_n1, x)) corresponding to a state of health (SOH_n1) read in step (S8) is read from the storage unit (120), and in step (S10), the capability-of-discharge correction amount (COD_SOH_n) is calculated by assigning ∆Va_n to a variable (x). In step (S11), the current capability of discharge (COD_now) is calculated from the current voltage (V_now) and the capability-of-discharge correction amount (COD_SOH_n) calculated in step (S10).
