Abstract:
This static elimination device (10) is provided with: a main body controller (11); a discharge electrode (24) for generating static elimination ions by electric discharge using a high voltage supplied from the main body controller (11); a head section (13) which includes multiple air discharge holes (32) for discharging compressed air supplied from the main body controller (11); and a connection cable (12) for connecting the main body controller (11) to the head section (13). The connection cable (12) includes: a high-voltage cable (15) for supplying the high voltage from the main body controller (11) to the head section (13); a flexible metallic shield (20) for covering the outer periphery of the high-voltage cable (15); an air tube (16) which is disposed separately from the high-voltage cable (15) while being arranged side by side thereto and supplies the compressed air from the main body controller (11) to the head section (13); and an outer resin tube (14) for covering the high-voltage cable (15) and the air tube (16).
