Abstract:
A stationary sealing plate (9), a movable sealing plate (11), and a labyrinth sealing apparatus of a shaking apparatus for use in a dusty environment. Trapezoidal protruding annular teeth (201) are provided on a working end surface of the stationary sealing plate and that of the movable sealing plate. The protruding teeth constitute with the corresponding working end surface at least one trapezoidal recessed annular groove (202). The matching end surfaces of the movable sealing plate and of the stationary sealing plate constitute a labyrinth sealing gap that is a trapezoid in the radial direction. A grease fitting (4) is provided on a bearing base (6). The grease fitting passes through a grease opening (5) and sequentially links up a bearing (15) and the inner extremity of the labyrinth sealing gap. A conventional right-angled labyrinth sealing gap is replaced by the trapezoidal labyrinth sealing gap, which changes the angle of repose of dust particles, thus making accumulation and retention of same difficult in the sealing gap, effectively preventing the dust particles from entering between inner and outer rings of the bearing, bringing out dust particles introduced, obviating the need for a lip seal and a dust ring, extending the service life of the bearing, and reducing equipment failure rate.
