Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of flat-wire electric motors, and particularly relates to a stator assembly and an electric motor. Each stator slot is internally provided with m+n wire layers in sequence in the radial direction of a stator core, wherein m wire layers close to the outer side of the stator core are dual-wire layers, and the other n wire layers are all single-wire layers, m being greater than or equal to 1, and n being an even number greater than or equal to 2. At a welding end of a stator winding, all layers of wires closest to the center of the stator core, apart from a lead-out wire, are welded in the same layer. At the welding end, all layers of wires in slots that are closest to the center of the stator core are welded in the same layer, i.e. the wires in the stator winding that are closest to the center of the stator core are inconsistent in turning direction at the welding end, such that the balanced state of the stator winding can be realized.
