Abstract:
The present application provides a stator assembly, a motor and a servo system. The stator assembly comprises a stator core, a plurality of first coils, a plurality of second coils and a manifold plate; the stator core comprises a yoke and a plurality of stator teeth, the plurality of stator teeth are distributed in the circumferential direction of the yoke, and a winding groove is formed between adjacent stator teeth of the plurality of stator teeth; the plurality of first coils are embedded in the winding grooves; and the plurality of second coils are embedded in the winding grooves; the manifold plate comprises a plurality of first wire receiving parts, and the plurality of first wire receiving parts are respectively connected to the plurality of first coils and to the plurality of second coils, enabling the plurality of second coils to be in delta connection, and the plurality of first coils to be in wye connection with the plurality of second coils. In the stator assembly provided in the present application, the plurality of first coils and the plurality of second coils form a combination of delta and wye connections, improving the winding coefficient, simultaneously reducing low-order magnetic potential harmonics, further improving the power density of the motor and improving torque ripple.
