Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stator assembly for a toroidal motor and provides a stator assembly for a toroidal motor having a split-type core, the stator assembly comprising: a stator core (10) having multiple slots around which coil bobbins are wound, the slots being formed between tooth portions (130) formed inside and outside around a body portion (120), the stator core (10) being split into two portions symmetric with each other with regard to a plane including an axis of rotation; a slot insulator (20) shaped to correspond to the tooth portions (130) and the slots, interposed between the coil bobbins, the tooth portions (130), and the slots, and split into four portions vertically with regard to a central axis such that same can be assembled; and a busbar (30) provided on an end of the stator core (10) near a side on which lead wires of the coil bobbins are positioned, the busbar (30) insulating the lead wires from external environments and fixing positions thereof, a harness coupling terminal (310) being provided on one side of the busbar (30) and electrically connected to an external terminal. The stator core (10) is split into two portions with regard to a plane including the central axis. Respective portions of the stator core (10) are wound and then coupled to the outer diameter portion through welding.
