Abstract:
Disclosed are a stator block, a stator assembly, and a cooling system of a stator assembly, the stator block comprising: a block body, a cooling air outlet being disposed on an axial side surface of the block body; a stator iron core, which is connected to a radial outer end surface of the block body; and a cooling unit, which is disposed within the block body, the cooling unit drawing in hot air emitted by the stator iron core, and the hot air being discharged from the cooling air outlet after being cooled. The present invention improves the efficiency of assembly; at the same displacement, an airflow circulation path is shortened, the cooling circulation speed of airflow is increased, and the cooling effect is improved; by using cooling redundancy sharing, economic benefits are improved; the separation of a maintenance region and an electromagnetic region is achieved, which improves the operation and maintenance safety of a generator, simplifies the structure and facilitates the entering and exiting of maintenance personnel, reduces the impact of heat generated by the electromagnetic region on a main bearing, and benefits the processing and manufacturing of a stator support.
