Abstract:

Provided are a stator cooling structure, a drive electric motor and a new energy vehicle. The stator cooling structure is used for cooling a stator winding (16), and same comprises an electric motor oil inlet (9), an inner-ring oil injection structure and an outer-ring oil injection structure, wherein the inner-ring oil injection structure is arranged on an inner peripheral side of the stator winding (16); the outer-ring oil injection structure is arranged on an outer peripheral side of the stator winding (16); the inner-ring oil injection structure and the outer-ring oil injection structure are both in communication with the electric motor oil inlet (9); the inner-ring oil injection structure comprises a first oil injection hole (10); the outer-ring oil injection structure comprises a second oil injection hole (45); an opening of the first oil injection hole (10) faces an inner peripheral wall of the stator winding (16); and an opening of the second oil injection hole (45) faces an outer peripheral wall of the stator winding (16). By means of the stator cooling structure, it can be guaranteed that the winding is cooled uniformly, and the problem of the local temperature of the winding being overly high is avoided, such that the stability of the electric motor is improved and the service life thereof is prolonged.
