Title:
STATOR AND ELECTRIC MOTOR USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/188466
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a configuration capable of reducing the resistance of a winding when materials having different electrical resistivities are used for the winding. A stator according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical stator core (2); a plurality of tooth portions (3) provided along a circumferential direction of the stator core (2); and windings (6) disposed in a plurality of slots (4) provided between the tooth portions (3) and wound around the tooth portions (3). The windings (6) are each made of materials having different electrical resistivities. The ratio of the section area of a material having a high electrical resistivity in the slots (4) to the section area of a material having a low electrical resistivity in the slots (4) is larger than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to the ratio of the electrical resistivity of the material having the high electrical resistivity to the electrical resistivity of the material having the low electrical resistivity.
