Abstract:
A stator lamination having slots of unequal size for use in a three-phase asynchronous motor having low harmonic wave windings that have an unequal number of turns, comprising: an annular substrate; the surface of the inner ring of the substrate is provided with stator slot groups that are radially arranged uniformly in the circumferential direction of the substrate and are used for accommodating copper wires; each pole and each phase in each stator slot group comprises three to nine slots, including at least one large stator slot and at least two small stator slots. In each stator slot group, the arrangement of large stator slots and small stator slots is as follows: the large stator slots are arranged in the middle of the stator slot group, one or more small stator slots are provided on the two sides of the large stator slots, said small stator slots being symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the large stator slots. Each pole and each phase in each stator slot group may also have five to nine stator slots, including at least one large stator slot, at least two medium stator slots, and at least two small slots. In each stator slot group, the arrangement of large stator slots, medium stator slots, and small stator slots is as follows: the large stator slots are arranged in the middle of the stator slot group, one or more small stator slots are arranged on the two sides of the large stator slots, one or more medium stator slots are arranged between the large stator slots and the small stator slots, said small stator slots and medium stator slots being symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the large stator slots. In the present invention, by means of the distribution of stator slots of different sizes in each stator slot group, the slot utilization rate is greatly increased, thus improving the mechanism for distributing the magnetic density of a laminated stator yoke.
