Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stator for a motor, comprising: a stator core having a plurality of slots and teeth; and a stator coil wound around the plurality of slots, wherein the stator coil is inserted into the plurality of slots and has a plurality of hairpins connected in series to each other, the plurality of hairpins are provided to be spaced apart by a partial discharge suppression distance by which a partial discharge can be suppressed between the hairpins that are adjacent to each other, and when power is applied to the stator coil, the partial discharge suppression distance of the hairpin having a high voltage sharing ratio is formed to be greater than that of the hairpin having a low voltage sharing ratio. Therefore, lifespan shortening of the stator coil, cause by the partial discharge of the hairpins, can be suppressed.
