Abstract:
The invention prevents thermal degradation of an adhesive resin during temperature rise of a stator coil and application of a high voltage to the stator coil to improve the insulation reliability of a stator. The stator is provided with: a core having a core back and teeth; and an electric wire including a conductor covered with an insulating layer and a first resin covering an outer surface of the insulating layer. In the outer surface of a segment coil that is a bundle of electric wires, a second resin is provided on at least corner portions of adjacent electric wires.
