The present invention relates to the technical field of motor stators and rotors. Disclosed are a stator and rotor comprising a motor concentrated winding, and a winding method therefor. The stator and rotor comprise tooth head assembly blocks (1) and yoke assembly blocks (2); the tooth head assembly blocks (1) are located on the same circumference line, and every two adjacent tooth head assembly blocks (1) are connected by means of the yoke assembly block (2); tooth slot surfaces (6) are arranged on both sides of each of the tooth head assembly blocks (1); the yoke assembly blocks (2) are provided with lead wire slots (5). In the present invention, an insulating layer can be effectively prevented from being damaged when a coil is wound, the product quality is improved, and the coil is wound tightly, such that the slot fill factor can be increased; in the winding method of the present invention, the surfaces of adjacent coil windings cross each other, such that the space in tooth slots can be fully utilized, thereby further increasing the slot fill factor of the stator and rotor, and improving the product quality.
