Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a stator structure of a hairpin motor. The stator structure comprises a stator iron core, a first conductor, second conductors and third conductors. M stator slots are uniformly formed circumferentially in the inner wall of the stator iron core. The first conductor, the second conductors and the third conductors are arranged in the stator slots. Using a two-branch N-layer winding solution, the present application provides a hairpin winding connection solution having balanced three-phase resistance and having no circulating current by means of connection between six neutral point conductors, the first conductor, the six second conductors and the six third conductors; three-phase lead-out wire conductors and neutral point copper busbars are arranged in two adjacent layers and have concentrated positions after bending, thereby simplifying an end structure.
