Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of power generation, power transformation or power distribution. Disclosed is a stator structure of a magnetic levitation flux switching motor, comprising a stator having a modular structure, and a motor shell, wherein the modular stator is composed of a front side winding end heat dissipation module, a rear side winding end heat dissipation module, a modular stator left wing, a modular stator permanent magnet, a modular stator right wing, a front side magnetically conductive cylinder left wing, a front side magnetically conductive cylinder interpole permanent magnet, a front side magnetically conductive cylinder right wing, an insulating layer, a stator winding, a rear side magnetically conductive cylinder right wing, a rear side magnetically conductive cylinder interpole permanent magnet and a rear side magnetically conductive cylinder left wing. The front side winding end heat dissipation module and the rear side winding end heat dissipation module are of a hollow structure; cooling medium inlet and outlet are symmetrically provided; a cooling medium channel is provided in a hollow cavity; one side of one of the heat dissipation modules is a smooth curved surface, which can be in good thermal contact with the stator winding and the insulating layer. Therefore, the present invention has the remarkable technical advantages of high integration and efficient heat dissipation, and has important theoretical and practical significances for realizing the industrial application of magnetic levitation flux switching motors.
