Abstract:
The present invention is a stator structure 1 of an ultrasonic actuator that rotatably drives a rotor, said stator structure 1 comprising: a stator body 10 integrally formed of a piezoceramic material and having a through-hole having a circular cross-section; and a plurality of drive electrodes 21 to 24 provided on the outer periphery surface of the stator body 10. The outer periphery surface of the stator body 10 has a polygon cross-sectional shape having a plurality of corner potions, wherein a cut 11 is provided at each corner portion. With such configuration, the vibration displacement of the stator of the ultrasonic actuator becomes larger.
