Title:
STATOR WINDING AIR GAP MODELING METHOD FOR TEMPERATURE FIELD ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATING CURRENT TRACTION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/143361
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a stator winding air gap modeling method for temperature field analysis of an alternating current traction motor. Said method comprises: establishing, by changing the air gap width of a stator winding equivalent model according to a set interval value, three-dimensional finite element models of the alternating current traction motor having a stator winding air gap; obtaining a temperature field distribution diagram of the alternating current traction motor according to the temperature field analysis for the three-dimensional finite element models of different air gap widths; performing numerical fitting according to data in the temperature field distribution diagram, so as to obtain a function relationship between the air gap width of the stator winding equivalent model and the temperature; and calculating, by measuring the actual temperature of the motor stator winding corresponding to a certain position at the surface of the equivalent model thereof, an optimal air gap width corresponding to the current stator winding modeling of the current alternating-current traction motor. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can establish an accurate model of a stator winding air gap of an alternating current traction motor, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of a finite element model of the alternating current traction motor.
