Abstract:
A steam curing system for a pre-tensioned prestressed concrete track slab production line, the system comprising: a track slab trolley (5), a track slab and a track slab mold (40) being arranged on the track slab trolley (5); a continuous row of kiln openings (41); track slab transport devices; and trolley translation devices, each comprising a power device (43), a chain (44) and pushing members (46, 47), wherein the extension direction of the chain (44) is the same as that of steam curing channels (42); the power device (43) is used for driving the chains (44) to move from a first end to a second end in the steam curing channels (42); and the pushing members (46, 47) are fixed to the chains (44) and are used for being fitted with the track slab trolley (5) in a blocking manner, such that the track slab trolley (5) can be driven to move towards the second end when the chains (44) move from the first end to the second end. The steam curing system completes automatic entry and exit of a track slab provided with the mold (40) into and from steam curing stations, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the quality and production efficiency of the track slab, and reducing the probability of scalding of the workers.
