Abstract:
A steam distribution measurement apparatus (1) comprises: a light source (21) that emits near infrared light (22); a near infrared light measurement device (32) that is located across a measurement space (11) from the light source (21) and that measures the near infrared light; an optical system (24) that expands and applies the near infrared light (22) emitted from the light source (21) in the measurement space (11) in which a cross-section (12) of the measurement space (11) perpendicular to a direction connecting the light source (21) to the near infrared light measurement device (32) has an area; and a distribution deriving means (C1) for deriving a steam distribution in the cross-section (12) of the measurement space (11) on the basis of a measurement result obtained by the near infrared light measurement device (32). Steam in a measurement region having a prescribed size can be measured by this steam distribution measurement apparatus.
